Halls Gap - Grampians National Park Victoria

After a great weeekend at the Bendigo Wool & Sheep show we are now in full time production making stock for our stall at Floriade in Canberra 11th Sept to 10th October. (Updated 22nd July 10)
We have closed our little shop in Halls Gap after our intended 7 months open which has been delightful. We are planning on being in Halls Gap for a while yet as we are not in a hurry to leave this beautiful place. As mentioned we do not have a shop here but if you are travelling through, we can always do up an order for you of supplies for you to pick up on your way through, just give us a call in advance to get it ready to pick up, alternatively our on-line shop is always open.
Our current location in the lovely town of Halls Gap in the Grampians National Park Victoria is comming to a close. Our little shop at Shop 4 Stony Creek Stores will close its doors on Monday 12th April after a lovely 7 months trading here. This is a very picturesque part of Australia attracting people from all over the country and the world. It has the friendliest animals I have ever seen in a town with birdlife in abundance, Kangaroos everywhere & where Wild Deer & Emus can often be seen in & surrounding the town boundaries. The lookouts throughout the park offer breathtaking views with many walking tracks available & there is an abundance of inspiration for Artists of any medium.  When we close the shop we will be running workshops here in Halls Gap from 24th April to 3rd May (See Workshops for details). Our next destination is unknown as yet but we do plan on taking some time to have a good look around this beautiful part of the world and making the most of this scerene place to build up stocks for the Bendigo Wool & Sheep show in July.  Remember our online shop is available should you need any supplies at any time. (Posted 22nd March 10)

Nagambie 08/09:
Well the latter part of 2008 saw us setting up in Nagambie, Victoria, for 7 months. We held a working felt exhibition in the old 'Nut House' Tourist information building and had an overwhelming response with our products being purchased from visitors from all over the world including France, Sweden and Canada to name a few. We also held workshops and had a huge response, teaching 173 workshop placements with people travelling as far as around 500km from Warrnambool in Victoria and Wahkool in NSW to participate. We had a great lot of fun and inspired a lot of people in the wonderful craft of felt making.
